By the summer of 2023, I had already released my collaborative college album Clark 203 and begun working on various musical experiments in my free time. Then, I received a notification from a friend that a podcast they were working on at One Archive needed episode music. I sent in some samples, had some collaborative meetings about the design and feel of the music with the podcasts producer, and was tasked with developing several Jazzy-bebop and ballroom style riffs/songs for use in season 2 of the Periodically Queer podcast.
